Hayden Kraus (he/him/his) is a director, theatre designer, and arts educator. He currently works as the Program Director at Inside Broadway, a non-profit theatre company that brings the profession of Broadway to public school students throughout New York. He previously worked at Theatre Row, an off-Broadway theatre on 42nd St in New York as the Stage Door Coordinator. For seven years, he worked as the Fine Arts Director for St. Mary Schools in Wisconsin where he oversaw all theatre production along with music and art education programs. Hayden is the founder of Zephyrs Community Theatre (ZCP) in Northeast Wisconsin that produces family-based theatre each summer with over 200 participants in cast, crew and orchestra. Arts education has played a crucial role in Hayden's development and has helped him champion new tasks as a theatre professional.
